Return / Exchange Policy – The Olive Loft
1. Products are not eligible for returns or exchange unless the product delivered has a quality/manufacturing defect or has been delivered broken. Please do photograph the defect as soon as you open the packaging and email us within 24 hrs of receiving the order.
2. Customised products are not eligible for returns or exchange.
3. International orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
4. Once your request is received & approved (request for exchange/return are subject to approval), We will organize a reverse pick up from the address stated in your invoice, please pack the product in its original packaging along with the invoice, labels, tags etc.
5. The product will be subject to quality inspection (products should not be washed or used) and if it passes the inspection check, a fresh piece will be dispatched to reach you within standard shipping timelines. We would be also very happy to process your refund if you donot need a replacement.
